Many companies rightly regard equity plans as vital in attracting, retaining and motivating key staff globally.

In international companies many senior employees may be on international assignment between the key milestones of the granting of awards or options and their pay-out, with sometimes complex ramifications.

In this session, Richard Rolls, director at KPMG, will seek to unravel some of the complexities involved in international equity plans.

His presentation will include the tax essentials and practical strategies for mitigating the corporate cost of operating equity plans for international assignees.

Please note the following conditions:

1) Registrations will be managed to ensure that there is a minimum of a 1:1 corporate to supplier attendance

2) Corporate attendance will be free as usual but please note there will be a £30 charge if you register for the event but do not attend or cancel with less than 3 days notice

3) Registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis. There is a limit of two attendees from any single organisation. A waiting list will be in operation once the limit is reached.

Note the format of our meetings is always the same – refreshments beforehand, a short technical discussion on a subject of interest to Forum members and then lots of networking afterwards.

This meeting will be held at the central London headquarters of KPMG (Salisbury Square) and commences at 6pm.
