Vendor Network Manager, Asia, based Hong Kong

A leader in mobility management providing relocation professionals with tailored solutions, the business delivers domestic and international moving and relocation services.

The business now requires an experienced Vendor Network Manager to lead the supply chain relationship management process across Asia to deliver performance excellence and value within international assignment management in the region.

Role: Vendor Network Manager, Asia, based HK [MPI-00213]

Position Responsibility

• The development of the existing supply chain network through enhanced profitability and improved quality standards,
• Management of vendor selection process, including leadership of RFPs and benchmarking exercises
• Ongoing assessment and review of existing vendor performance standards and criteria
• Provision of the highest standard of service to internal customers in monitoring and managing vendor performance
• Transparent, fair and rigorous management of vendor relationships to ensure the positive perception of the company and its services
• Ensuring the company management system is regularly and accurately updated with all necessary and appropriate vendor and pricing information
• Provision of support with the sales development effort of the company and preparation of client RFP responses, where required
• To provide support in the administration of paperwork, financial and associated information as and when required.
• You will have at least three years’ experience in the relocation services industry, in a vendor management or supply chain role.
