Removals Surveyor/Sales Manager, South UK (home based)

A leading independent move-management company, specialising in House Removals, European Removals, International Removals and Storage now requires a Sales Manager/Surveyor with moving and relocation experience to cover the Southern region.

The Role: Removals Surveyor/Sales Manager, UK – South (home based) [MPI -00168]

• Representing the company in direct contact with the accounts and clients
• Carrying out pre-move surveys of clients personal effects prior to shipping
• Ensuring that all reported volumes are accurate and any additional relevant circumstances are noted.
• Reporting all results to in the approved format in a timely manner

Reporting to: Business Development Director

The Candidate:
With strong surveying skills and conversion rates in the removals industry and sales management experience, this role will suit someone with ambition and desire to maximise business opportunity in a defined region.
You Will:
• Be able to demonstrate the required degree of accuracy regarding surveyed volumes.
• Be structured in your approach with excellent planning and presentation skills
• Have demonstrable, high conversion rates.
• Appreciate the importance of senior executive, client contact with regard to the survey function
• Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
• Be a team player but also but also be able to demonstrate an ability to work on your own initiative.
• Have great communication skills, both verbal and written, and be confident in the survey/sales environment.

The Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience + commission + car + laptop and phone
