The Background:
The Relocation Manager will be responsible for delivering a range of relocation services to varied portfolio of blue-chip corporate clients.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Primary contact for transferring employees for International, USA Domestic and Cross Border relocation services
Conduct needs assessment and provide counseling on all services to be provided
Initiate and coordinate the delivery of all services in order to meet the Key Performance Indicators as outlined in the client Service Level Agreement
Manage ongoing delivery of service and policies and relate them to standard company operating procedureLeads the daily operations of the team as a troubleshooter and subject matter expert for operational questions
Manages both internal and external resources in order to meet the needs of the assignee.
Provides the highest level of customer service by communicating effectively with all internal/external resources.
Assists in auditing data and reports
As required, participates in, and, as appropriate, leads the training and development of the team.
Stays current with the relocation industry trends and standards.
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with: domestic relocation and home sale issues. Applicants must have the ability to build relationships and communicate in a clear and confident manner with overseas HR departments and assignees on a daily basis.
