Description
This leading global organisation is seeking an addition to the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the full spectrum of relocation services ensuring maximum satisfaction for both clients and assignees.
The Role:
The International Assignment Consultant will be responsible for but not limited to:
Application of client’s policy and assignee satisfaction
Complete needs assessment and policy counselling as appropriate
Coordinate delivery of all services and tasks
Central communications point for client and customer
Provide ongoing support, information and guidance to client to meet program goals
Provide ongoing support and information on international assignments to client services teams
Provide leadership for projects and programs
Manage and facilitate processes
Manage quality control
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with: international assignment, global mobility or relocation issues. Applicants must be customer focussed and have a good knowledge of the relocation process and the associated issues. Applicants with a good knowledge of Danish relocation and the local housing market would be advantageous.
