Description
An international organisation with a dynamic, energetic environment and collaborative culture, seeks an International Mobility Manager on an interim basis for 6 – 9 months on an interim basis.

The role: International Mobility Manager, Interim, based Central London [MPI-00233]

The purpose of the job is to manage all aspects of global mobility throughout the company’s EMEA regions. This includes all stages of the assignment life cycle for both inbound and outbound expats including repatriation, localisation and transfers of employees to new geographies on local contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Providing mobility-related expertise to HR and the business across the EMEA geographies
• To manage and improve mobility policies and processes
• Support the development of a framework and materials to support international mobility.
• Document and continuously improve existing EMEA processes
• Manage all aspects of expat assignments and global mobility processes
• Build, maintain, manage and coordinate day-to-day operations and relationships with external providers (immigration lawyers, relocation services, tax advisors etc.)
• Ensure Immigration compliance for inbound and outbound assignment and for UK employees who require work permits
• Work closely with Tax Advisors to ensure all aspects of expat assignments are compliant
• Determine expat and transferee packages liaising with the Reward Manager and local HR
• Manage cost projections, cross-charging, tracking and reporting mobility related costs
• Work closely with the finance team to manage expat payroll, cost forecasts and tracking of trailing liabilities
• Input into the design of new and updated policies, documentation and processes

Requirements:

• CIPD qualification or equivalent desirable
• Generalist HR experience and extensive experience in International Mobility
• Passion about learning and working with individuals from various countries/cultures
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Process focussed, methodical, well-organised with good attention to detail
• Confident communicator with ability to cope within a fast-paced and changing environment
• Flexible and collaborative approach - comfortable with ambiguity and ability to cope within a fast-paced and changing environment
• Proven vendor management skills
• Experience in Business Partnering is desirable but not essential

Remuneration guide: £58,000 pro rata
