Description
A full-service Global Relocation Management company providing domestic and international relocation services as well as global assignment management now has an opportunity for an international mobility/ relocation consultant to join the business.

The role: International Mobility Consultant, based Surrey [MPI-00218]

Managing the DSPs (Destination Services Providers,) the International Mobility Consultant is responsible for overseeing and organising all in-country and out-country services requested for specific assignees including potentially Destination Services, Immigration, household goods shipments, language training, cultural training etc.

Although services may vary by client and per case the role will be responsible for managing a major account plus a basket of smaller accounts.

The role:

• Provide the primary contact point between the business’ DSP organisation and
o The assignee
o The authoriser of the move
o Immigration Consultant
o Suppliers (e.g. Home-search Consultants, shippers etc)
• Assign in-country resources (e.g. Immigration) to the Relocation and inform the relevant individuals
• Identify the need for external support (shipper, rental furniture etc) and ensure that it is provided appropriately
• Add the new Relocation to the on-line relocation tracking system and use it to track the work as it proceeds
• Manage and coordinate the Relocation
• Check rental contracts
• Manage escalations as required
• Provide the authoriser of the move with written and verbal reports on progress of assignees
• Provide ad-hoc data research support (phone/internet)
• At the appropriate points in the relocation provide the accounting function with billing information (client PO-numbers, services provided, expenses).

Salary: in the region £33,000
