Description
Under the limited direction, this position will work with the Senior International Assignment Manager, Americas. The International Assignment Analyst will be integral to the efficient processing of international assignments for Kraft - North America and Latin America, including expatriate pay, taxation, immigration and relocation.

Responsibilities include:
• Calculate cost projections and balance sheets for international assignment compensation packages.
• Respond to inquiries and requests for adjustments to balance sheet calculations from HR and Payroll in US and other global contacts, including employees.
• Coordinate all international moves into NA and LA for shipping, expense reimbursements, house search etc.
• Coordinate with Immigration consultants regarding visa applications & renewals.
• Prepare letters of understanding for international assignments.
• Coordinate hypothetical tax preparation, employee tax payments, year-end compensation collection and year-end authorization data file with outside tax consultants.
• Perform semi-annual balance sheet adjustments and coordinate with payroll for full population of assignees.
• Maintain expatriate information database and hard copy files.
• Manage payroll processes such as rent reimbursements, home leave, etc.
• Special project work in as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required - Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or International Business.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Compensation/International assignment experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with budgets, compensation, foreign exchange, and/or personal tax preparation
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a former position utilizing analytical skills, including demonstrated data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and former experience with managing small-sized projects.
• Strong people skills - customer service focus a must.
• Intermediate excel skills along with financial spreadsheet skills.
