A leading provider of global immigration services to international corporations and relocation management companies around the world now has an opening for an Immigration Manager, International who will be responsible for the overall management and success of the international team.
Role: Immigration Practice Manager, Global Case Management, based London [MPI-00222]
Job purpose:
The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall management and success of the business’ Global Case Management practice based in its London office, where the primary focus is on European countries other than the UK. To this end, the successful candidate is expected to train, manage and retain employees; optimize and increase productivity; monitor and ensure quality of work in accordance with business standards and client Service Level Agreements; show a lively curiosity in and acquired knowledge of the details of immigration policies and requirements in European countries where the company assists clients and assignees; and, promote company goals, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Manage GCM immigration matters within the EMEA region via team and vendor network
• Manage practice on a day to day basis, ensuring high levels of professionalism
• Provide support to GCM immigration consultants for general case management
• Assign cases and review initiation with GCM immigration consultants
• Ensure that cases are updated and closed according to company policy
• Address any issues identified or “at risk” cases
• Monitor quality assurance of global immigration applications
• Monitor system updates for all global immigration cases
• Directly prepare difficult cases or overflow cases that cannot be handled by staff
• Assist with client implementations as needed
• Run and evaluate performance monitoring reports on a regular basis
• Monitor business activity levels to determine when to request incremental staffing positions
• Conduct meetings with clients and channel partners
• Proactively assist clients with European immigration strategy
• Assist account management and business development team as needed on global clients and implementations
• Develop a strong working relationship with Client Relationship Managers
• Conduct performance appraisals
• Regularly prepare a career development plans
• Organize and conduct staff training on company policies, procedures and service delivery

Remuneration guide: £45,000 - £55,000 pa dependent on experience
