Immigration Consultant, Paris

A leader in mobility management providing relocation professionals with tailored solutions, the business delivers domestic and international moving and relocation services to employees, expatriates, diplomats and other private customers, providing office and industrial moving services.

The business now requires an experienced Immigration Consultant for their thriving Paris offices to lead and drive the France in-bound assignment services.

Role: Immigration Consultant, based Paris [MPI-00195]

Responsibilities:
• Provision of service for immigration for France in-bound assignees
• Act as the subject matter expert for immigration
• Ensure compliance
• Develop and enhance internal culture of compliance, accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality in all immigration related services.
• Support team relocation consultants
• Present or join presentations to corporate clients for regional sales opportunities.
• Monitor regional revenue, costs and profit margins for immigration services in France
• Analyse client questionnaire and complete the necessary reporting forms
• Ensure timely follow-up with client to answer any questions regarding process and express any potential delays or concerns.
• Determine personal documents required obtain if needed.
• Create and maintain proper tracking records
• Monitor all management lists, prioritising necessary actions and follow up activities on current cases.
• Review all documents issued by government offices for accuracy and consistency
• Arrange for delivery of completed documents as necessary
• Update all fees in internal computer system.
• Process all invoices and receipts in a timely manner.
• Inform appropriate staff of any changes in immigration laws and update database system accordingly.

Reports to: Global Mobility Services Manager and EMEA Immigration Manager

Salary Guide: €30,000 - €35,000 depending on experience
