Description
A global relocation services business, as part of a recent strategic review, now seeks to appoint a Head of Sales for EMEA. The position would suit a senior Director with experience of delivering the full range of relocation services to corporate clients. The candidate will be based either in London or Europe.

Role: Head of Sales, Global Relocation Services, (UK/EMEA) based London or Europe [MPI-00208]

With the business targeting an impressive growth plan, and to reflect the expansion of the operation over the last few years, the EMEA Head of Sales will be charged with delivering new business, managing the business development team and delivering a strategy for growth in existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and business development programmes across UK/EMEA region
• Steer and manage client relationship management activities across the UK/EMEA region
• Cross-sell the full range of Global Mobility Services and Relocation across the region and client portfolio
• Establish multi-level links between business and client contacts as appropriate.
• Lead major RFI/RFP opportunities
• Train, coach and develop the sales and business development teams across the Group
• Work closely with Operations Directors to develop a strategy for growth in existing clients
• Display excellent leadership qualities
• Monitor and report on emerging mobility trends to deliver exceptional value to clients

Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate is likely to have a proven track record of successful cross border/international Sales Leadership including at least 3 years experience of leadership and management of teams of director-level business developers. Additionally, you will have/be:

• Self-starter mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to internal personnel development
• Degree educated
• Fluent in English + other European language(s) to business level
• Extremely ambitious, with an appetite for working in an entrepreneurial environment;
• Highly commercial with an eye for opportunity and profit
• Experience of International Sales
• Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management and presentation skills;
• Strong analytical skills
