Description
A leader in mobility management providing relocation professionals with tailored solutions, the business delivers domestic and international moving and relocation services to employees, expatriates, diplomats and other private customers, providing office and industrial moving services.

The business now requires an experienced Global Mobility Manager to join the Paris-based team, looking after mobility services in France for in and out-bound assignees.

Position Overview
The GMS Manager will be responsible for the profitable growth of the France GMS division including strategic planning, overseeing quality service delivery, recruiting and developing staff, managing GMS vendors, liaising with our other global GMS centres, communicating with our corporate clients and preparing and making Client presentations at senior levels.

Essential Job Functions
• Liaise with corporate clients to understand service needs.
• Negotiate service fees, establish service level agreements, manage services in line with contracted KPI’s
• Key objectives to ensure quality and profit levels are established and maintained specific to the corporate clients.
• Provide clear instructions, advice and assistance as required, to the team
• Conduct analysis of, and prepare reports on corporate accounts, to identify opportunities for increasing revenue
• Monitor trends, client leads etc, identify and action new business development opportunities.
• Respond to RFP and global relocations services enquiries
• Responsible for recruitment, development and retention of personnel
• Assist in the preparation of client sales proposals and presentations
• Attend client meetings, presentations and regional industry networking events
• Act as an initial point of contact for GMS enquiries into France.

Qualifications
• Proven track record of independently managing and growing a business unit
• Strong Customer/Client focus with a global mindset and intercultural awareness
• Proven people management and motivational skills
• Fluent French and English are mandatory, while other languages will be a definite plus.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience at a managerial level in relocation services
• Some business development background preferred
