Description
A global organisation committed to innovation and value now seeks an experienced Global Mobility specialist to join their busy London office supporting a multi-directional international assignee flow.
The Role: Global Mobility Manager, based London [MPI-00212]
Scope: Provide support to the business in areas of
• Overseas Assignments
• Relocation
• International Transfers and associated personal tax management
• Working Visas
• Management of overseas travel days and impact on tax

Role:
The Global Mobility Manager is the first point of contact for all international employee movements across the business. The role focuses on an in depth involvement with international HR projects including the establishment of new offices.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing costings and budgets
• Responding to immigration queries and responsible for on-going obligations of sponsored employees.
• Responsible for providing instruction to payroll to ensure all assignment compensation is accurate and correctly reported.
• Ensuring tax, social security and immigration compliance
• Preparation of benefits reporting for international employees and providing compensation details to tax advisors for the preparation of tax returns.
• Presenting updates to the Business and HR on developments in regulations.
• Coordinating relocation/assignment assistance through a network of suppliers (tax advisors, immigration lawyers, serviced apartment providers and relocation agents)
Skills & Knowledge
• Vendor management
• International compensation (assignment allowances, shadow payrolls, hypothetical tax)
• Good understanding of domestic and international payroll
• UK immigration requirements
• Expatriate tax and social security knowledge
• Policy development and implantation – first hand experience.

Salary guide: circa £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience
