Description
A multi-national corporate organisation now has an excellent opportunity for a Global Mobility Manager at their London HQ to manage their international assignees.
Role: Global Mobility Manager, in-house, based London [MPI-00166]
Reporting to the Head of Global Mobility, you will support the business and international assignee population by providing a wide range of specialist advisory services in accordance with global mobility policies.
You will be responsible for:
The end-to-end assignment management of assignees across UK / EMEA region Maintaining and developing close partnerships with key mobility stakeholders
Ensuring successful deployment and integration of employees into new assignment locations
Acting as strategic partner to regional business and HR teams
Calculating assignment compensation, producing cost projections and preparing assignment packages and documentation.
Advising on appropriate assignment type, terms and conditions
Establishing assignment terms and procedures for new locations and projects
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years experience in an in-house mobility team for a corporate organisation with international operations
Excellent knowledge of the principles, practices and policies of international mobility.
Good understanding of immigration, balance sheets, assignment package review, assignee transfer processes and cost projections.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A commercial acumen, able to deliver value to the business within the GM arena
Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills
Excellent team player but with the ability to work in a “stand alone” capacity
A natural and resourceful self-starter
Remuneration guide: to £65,000 dependant on experience + excellent benefits
