Description
Working within HR, an opportunity has arisen for a Global Mobility Manager to oversee international transfers for business groups and locations worldwide. You will also assist with Global Mobility Project work including tax & social security reviews, process mapping and HR transition work.
The Role:
The Global Mobility Manager will be responsible for a number of duties including:
Be a key point of contact for designated Business Groups regarding global mobility
Liaise with Employee Relations regarding assignment structures
Advise appropriate assignment structure (extended business trip vs. short term assignment).
International assignee briefings
Coordination of visas / immigration
Management of assignment extensions and localisations – changes to terms and conditions.
Associated assignment related administration
Projects as required
The Person:
The successful candidate for the role of Global Mobility Manager will ideally have previous experience within a similar: global mobility, international assignments or expatriate management role. Applicants with previous experience of a more technical nature including expatriate compensation or taxation would be desirable.
