The Background:
This global organisation is actively seeking a Global Mobility Director to lead the operational team, GM projects and implement continuous process improvements.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following:
Ensure, develop and maintain a sustainable & capable global mobility delivery organisation providing consistent service from start to finish for Line Managers, HRBPs and employees (incl. organisation design, capacity planning and people development.
Develop and maintain relationship with stakeholders in order to understand business needs and change requirements towards service delivery (incl. ongoing process improvement, point of escalation)
Develop and maintain operational review process with external service providers (incl. review KPI's and identify opportunities for further service improvement
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead required changes in processes, organisation or systems
Ensure full visibility about legal compliance for all GM related processes in accordance with governance requirements with respect to process & policy requirements
The Person:
The successful candidate will have several years’ experience in Global Mobility management within a large multinational company that employs a significant number of widely dispersed expatriates
Be familiar with multiple operating models of mobility
Have very well developed strategic and operational experience
Possess strong project management and change management capabilities in a multicultural environment
A good understanding of compliance requirements (taxes, social security, payroll)
Understanding of labor law
Builds partnerships with others inside and outside the organization.
Initiates, plans, implements and monitors change by encouraging employees to embrace change and face new challenges.
Is able to communicate and manage change initiatives.
