Role: Global Mobility Consultant, based Paris [MPI-00195]

Principle Objectives:

The role of the Mobility Consultant is to manage a caseload of relocating employees and their families, either internationally or domestically. The Consultant takes responsibility for managing the entire relocation process; coordinating all services and ensuring the employee and family are delighted with the services provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for relocating employee and family.
• Manage the delivery of all services in line with the client of the business’ processes
• Manage the relationship with service partners
• Day to day point of contact for GMS clients to keep them advised of the progress of the assignments, discuss exceptions, and recommend process or policy change in consultation with the Global Mobility Services Manager where appropriate.
• Counsel on Policies and relate them to operational procedures.
• Provide on-going support and advice on policy and process to the employee through the assignment/relocation.
• Liaise with Global Mobility Services Manager on operational issues, keep a record of caseload.
• Accurately maintain all files and databases.
• Process invoices accurately, and ensure job costing is completed correctly
• Participate in client review meetings as required.
• Build strong relationships with other business departments and branches to enable all opportunities to be explored, cross selling opportunities identified with clients and full services delivered.
• Play a strong role in the team to support other team members
