The Background:
An excellent in-house opportunity has just arisen within this Global Mobility department. Working as a Global Mobility and Compensation Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the team with coordinating global assignments.
The Role:
The responsibilities of a Global Mobility Consultant include but are not limited to the following:
Benchmarking exercises and communication activities
Compensation data analysis associated with the year-end process
Data collection cycles associated with compensation and benefits surveys
Benefits renewal activities and vendor management
Contribute to international mobility activities
Benchmarking and market analysis (e.g. housing and relocation benefits) including recommendations for changes to programmes
Asia cost tracking expert for costs related to international assignment
Communication with regional HR teams
Support on communication to regional HR teams on implications of globally managed deferred compensation / incentives plan activities including plan settlements and grants
Support ad hoc project work.
Creation of benefits database and roll out of bonus targets across Asia
The Person:
The successful candidate will have:
Strong client and quality orientation
Strong Analytical skills & high detail orientation
Proactive working style, highly reliable, not hesitating to take ownership
Open-minded and able to deal with different cultures
Good interpersonal and communication skills
