Description
A leader in mobility management providing relocation professionals with tailored solutions, the business delivers domestic and international moving and relocation services and now seeks an experienced Account Director to join either their London or Netherlands office.

Role: Global Mobility Account Director based London or Netherlands [MPI-00197]

An experienced and highly professional Global Mobility Operations/Relocation Manager is sought to serve a major client, with relocation activity all over EMEA.

Responsibilities:
Overall, global responsibility for a large global mobility services account to assure quality, compliance, reporting, resourcing, continuous improvement and revenue generation.

• Implements and manages global mobility services on behalf of one a major client.
• Develops and builds positive professional relationships promoting business scope
• Assures compliance with client master service agreement contract.
• Performs regular account specific communication and coordinates learning services support for the company’s account dedicated staff.
• Manages data and reporting requirements
• Ensures reports are completed accurately and informatively within the timescales agreed with the client.
• Manages financial performance tasks and processes to ensure profitability.
• Oversees the sourcing and fulfillment of service delivery through the local branches and designated Service Partners
• Communicates regional trends, issues, legislation and relevant industry or market specific data that will impact ways of working with client.
• Evaluates service delivery efficiency and recommends process improvements or cost savings as required.

Experience:
• Relationship Building- Ability to build strong and deep relationships at all levels. Be seen as a Global Subject Matter Expert in all Global Mobility to produce an outstanding customer service experience.
• Profitability - Analyse productivity, process and supply chain to assure long term growth and profitability as it relates to account service delivery and fulfilment.
• Productivity - Manage operational and strategic account specific initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Teamwork - Work effectively in team environment, be flexible and open-minded, actively share information with other staff members, foster a team orientated environment and be sensitive to others’ workloads.
• Initiative - Consistently seek ways to improve processes, productivity and quality.
• Engagement - Prepare client performance review meeting agenda and content
