Global Immigration Manager London

Fantastic opportunity has just arisen for a Global Immigration Manager will be responsible for the overall management and success of the immigration team in the London office of this highly regarded multinational organisation. You will be responsible for managing a team of global immigration specialist's coordination the visas process for a range of multinational organisations across a range of jurisdictions.

The Role:

The main responsibilities of the role are as followed:

*Supervise & delegate to a team of specialist advisors regarding the coordination of assignee moves to different countries regarding the immigration process.
*Manage, maintain & develop relationships with key stakeholders from clients & local vendors regarding immigration processes & procedures for different jurisdictions globally
*Encourage, motivate & help develop members of the team to progress through the organisation
*Help drive the development of new potential clients as well as existing.
*Monitor vendor performance as well as handling any potential escalated issues
*Attend regular conferences & provide training where necessary regarding immigration processes & procedures.

The Person:

You will ideally have team management/supervisory experience working directly in the global immigration field. A qualified Solicitor would be preferred but not essential. Candidates with experience from the international mobility sector who have a knowledge of immigration processes may also be considered. Any additional language skills would also be highly beneficial. The ability to project manage as well as delegate responsibility is essential as this is role will focus on a lot global project coordination as well administering work to team members across the globe.
