Description
An excellent in-house opportunity has just arisen within this Global Mobility department. Working as a Global Mobility Principal Manager you will be responsible for delivering the strategic direction of the existing team.


The Role:

The responsibilities of a Global Mobility Principal Manager include but are not limited to the following:

Develop the mobility policies and design processes for its appropriate application worldwide in the company, reflecting the changes in the tax systems as well as the business needs.

Ensure the International Assignment team and the Operations team is aware of the latest development (tax, Soc Sec, immigration etc.) which might impact the assignee population

First point of contact for the mobility and payroll experts assisting with the day-to-day queries and meeting compliance requirements

Develop and conduct awareness workshops and trainings on international mobility for managers and HR Business Partners

Responsible for the relationship with the tax service providers and vendors ensuring the services met expectation and fees are managed appropriately

Redefine SLAs with customers at a global level and assure implantation including cost control.

Advise and support the Head of International Assignments in all strategic projects and help develop the right solutions for the stakeholders

Develop excellence processes and systems in global mobility and assures execution
Leading projects


The Person:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the field of international assignments, either global mobility or expatriate management. You will be well organised, a strong communicator, have a thirst for knowledge and self-development and possess good interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with expatriates and senior managers on a day-to-day basis. Any additional knowledge of expatriate tax and the associated issues would be advantageous.
