A top tier global relocation management company seeks an experienced HR and Mobility Consulting professional for a director-level role to deliver consulting services to existing client-base and to participate in presentation to prospective clients.

Role: Director, Consulting Services, location flexible [MPI-00229]

Responsibilities:
• Delivery of Consulting Services, including international, domestic, long- and short-term policy review and benchmarking, mobility programme development, expatriate assessments, process-mapping
• Involvement in operational and service delivery projects with peer Directors and corresponding teams
• Management and development of Consulting services team
• Involvement in product/service development
• Participation in business development activity to promote Consulting Services to existing and prospective clients
• Development of profile of Consulting Services internally and close liaison with Director peers
• Participation in implementation of new client programmes

Qualifications and requirements:
• Substantial operational experience in a mobility function at a senior level
• Ideally, experience of delivering or managing Consultancy services
• Educated to degree level or higher
• Professional mobility, HR or consulting qualifications an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting/interacting with clients at C-suite level
• Excellent creative problem-solving skills
• Strong commercial instincts and business development skills at a strategic level
• Strong people management and coaching skills

Remuneration: £90,000 - £100,000 + performance bonus + significant benefits
