The Background:
The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of business development and marketing plans to optimise sales opportunities and raise the profile of the company, attracting new customers and delivering increased revenue in line with strategic business objectives.


The Role:

Contributing to the development and delivery of the overall business strategy in terms of sales and marketing plans to raise the company profile, increase business and revenue growth.

Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans that will optimise the company’s exposure to potential new clients and sales opportunities.

Identifying, developing and delivering a range of media (social-media), networking sales opportunities to raise the company profile and deliver sales opportunities.

Preparing, delivering business cases to secure funding for PR and marketing opportunities

Reviewing and developing sales, marketing and proposal materials to ensure they are clear, concise, understandable and user friendly.

Working with external marketing and PR partners to design and deliver highly effective promotional, exhibition and marketing materials in line with branding requirements.

Working with external telemarketing partners to generate potential sales opportunities

Engaging with potential new clients to convert opportunities into sales.

With Technical Project Manager prepare and deliver proposals and costings to deliver new business.

Preparing and delivering marketing and sales progress for reporting purposes.

Business strategy: implementation of business development and marketing plans, increase sales opportunities, increase in new clients, increase in revenue, impact of marketing campaigns/materials


The Person:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

A successful track record of identifying and exploiting new markets and sales opportunities

A strong track record in engaging with potential clients and converting opportunities into sales

Experience of developing and delivering business development plans

Project management skills

A good understanding of the global mobility industry
