An international provider of relocation services with an impressive client portfolio and ambitious growth plans now require an experienced and highly professional Business Development Manager to join the business based in Germany.
Role: Business Development Manager – Relocation Services, Germany [MPI-00202]
The purpose of the Business Development Manager is secure new business, playing a pivotal role in achieving revenue and profit growth targets across the region.
Responsibilities:
• Generating new business in line with annual sales and profit targets
• Cold Call new customers & organise new customer meetings in line with agreed weekly/monthly/annual activity targets
• Generating new leads
• Working according to agreed sales strategy & sales process
• Arranging and attending meetings with potential clients and preparing and presenting as required
• Provide detailed information on the progress of sales activity and targets.
• Reviewing and updating the company sales database
• Ensuring that all documentation produced is relevant and of the highest standard
• Develop and implement plans to optimise the potential of Sterling’s customers relationships
• To undertake other sales related duties or projects that may be required from time to time
Skills and experience required:
• Global mobility experience is a must.
• Fluent in both German and English
• Experience in selling premium end services
• Proven ability to generate profit through new and existing business relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to build strategic working relationships internally and externally
• Innovative approach to business solutions
• Commercial and financial acumen at a strategic and operational level
• Ability to plan, implement and deliver business goals
• Good aptitude in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
