Description
A leading worldwide provider of relocation and moving solutions, the business manages a significant number of international relocations per year on behalf of corporations, government employees, and individuals and now has a requirement for maternity leave cover.
Role: Account Manager Relocation Services (Interim), based Thames Valley [MPI-00228]
Scope:
The Account Manager is responsible for the overall operation and performance of a team delivering services to specified client accounts. In addition their role owns and delivers all elements of client strategy, client relations and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Set and maintain productivity and quality standards
• Audit team files to ensure consistency
• Train the team on any process changes or amendments to policy
• Manage and offer guidance on more complex cases escalated from the Team Leader/ Senior Consultant
• Support the implementation of new clients
• Leads operational meetings at a local level with the client
• Ensure client satisfaction through delivery of a consistent service approach
• Conduct regular client reviews
• Create and deliver quarterly and annual client reporting
• Train, coach and manage team performance, setting and measuring objectives
The Person:
• 3 – 5 years relocation experience (ideally in operations or quality assurance)
• Experienced people manager
• Proven ability to work at a global operational level, detailed knowledge of global business
• Has the ability to articulate and implement initiatives into operational success
• Strong interpersonal skills; strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Superior oral and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.
