Based in London, Katherine will further develop the culture within the Group to ensure a globally-united team with a “can-do-culture”. Katherine will also work with the Group to optimise performance, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. This will be achieved through people development initiatives such as; an enhanced Santa Fe Group Academy, succession planning, career trees and individual development plans.
Previously, Katherine was Talent Manager for the UK & Ireland at Novo Nordisk. She has further experience in the pharmaceutical industry as well as experience in telecommunications and HR consulting. Katherine has lived and worked in her native Canada, the USA, the UK and Denmark.
Katherine specialises in organisational culture and talent management. In this new role, she will be responsible for the engagement, development and retention of people.
Katherine has a passion for learning and development and holds a Master’s Degree in Distributed Learning, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Katherine is an earnest people person who is committed to ensuring that business culture is aligned across the board and that talent is appreciated and rewarded in the Santa Fe Group.
Katherine is looking forward to bringing her two passions to the Santa Fe Group: people development and business excellence. She says:
