Add Your Voice to Weichert’s Annual Mobility Survey
Weichert Relocation Resources Inc. (WRRI) announced that it has officially launched its annual Employee Mobility Survey.
Now in its seventh year, this highly-regarded survey of corporate relocation and HR professionals examines the impact of current economic, demographic and real estate market conditions on employee mobility, and identifies the strategies companies are implementing to control costs, address evolving business needs and meet their talent management objectives. Since its inception, the survey has captured the insight of more than 2,100 organizations responsible for the deployment of over one million mobile employees.
“Since its inception, the goal of our survey has been to provide HR and corporate mobility managers the actionable data they need to develop new policies, support existing policies or benchmark their programs against peer companies—information that they can’t get from other industry surveys,” said Ellie Sullivan, Vice President of Consulting Services. “In addition to home sale trends, lumps sums and pre-decision, this year’s survey will cover the challenges corporate mobility managers will be facing in years to come, including flexible programs, an larger renter population, and program caps, to name a few.”
Corporate participants who complete this confidential online survey will receive a complimentary copy of the results after the survey closes on March 30, 2013. The survey can be accessed at http://www.wrri.com/survey.
