United States: August Visa Bulletin
Priority date cut-offs for the EB-3 professional and skilled worker subcategory will advance by weeks for all countries next month, according to the State Department’s August Visa Bulletin. The EB-2 category will remain unavailable for mainland China and India, and will be unchanged for all other countries, with the priority date cut-off holding at January 1, 2009.
EB-3 professional and skilled worker priority dates will advance by one week for India, to October 1, 2002; six weeks for China, to November 8, 2005; one week for the Philippines, to June 15, 2006; and six weeks for all other countries, to September 8, 2006.
