Dominican Republic: Temporary Worker Applicants Now Need Police Clearance Certificates

Foreign nationals applying for temporary residence status in the Dominican Republic must include a legalized or apostilled police clearance certificate or other form of criminal background report, as of March 5, 2010. The new requirement applies to all pending temporary residency applications, including those filed prior to March 5, 2010.
