5th March - Do you offer the right policy when sending your assignees abroad?
Kay Hall from AIRINC will discuss the pros and cons of different compensation policies and will highlight trends in particular industries, drawing on recent benchmark data.
Carlsberg Breweries A/S, Group HR will share their thoughts on how they considered their industry and markets when reviewing the assignment policy
28th November - How do companies manage health insurance for all their assignees?
Increases in insurance premiums and challenges in ensuring same benefit coverage in all countries, as well as managing changes in assignee data and offering global versus local health benefits, has forced companies to focus more on how they provide health insurance to all assignees.
A panel of speakers (Maersk Line, Novozymes and Lego) will discuss their challenges and how they have dealt with them.

6th September - Does your current mobility policy meet your business needs?
Recent years we have seen more and more variations to the traditional temporary 3-5 years Expat assignments. In this session we will discuss the new policy models and use a concrete business example from Maersk Oil to explore the business drivers behind having to go new ways and how to go about it.

Are you looking for a network where you can share your challenges and get inspiration within global mobility management?
The Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) have opened a new Chapter in Denmark led by Bettina Tang. We are delighted to invite you to our second event.
If you already joined the FEM launch event, we hope you enjoyed it so much that you are eager to attend the next event. The feedback survey showed that 87% of the participants found the first event very good or excellent. 78,2% found the topic very relevant or extremely relevant.
