This session will cover:

AIRINC will shortly release it’s 2013 Mobility Outlook Survey results which will focus on how mobility fits within an organization’s business strategy while continuing to monitor changes in assignee demographics and policies. It will also provide insight into what assignment approaches are working effectively and what are the mobility challenges that companies will be facing in 2013. We will utilize the key findings for our discussion along with Raytheon’s perspective on mobility trends and hot topics. Areas such as the link between Mobility and Talent Management and the continued focus on compliance will be discussed.
